Carrot bread

How about some baking to wake yourself up? Yes please. Baked bread in the early morning, joined by two cups of ‘dirty chai’ (chai tea mixed with espresso – the best thing humans have ever thought of). It resulted in a massive loaf of carrot bread, which is now being munched on for breakfast.

Yesterday I bought two massive bags of Manitoba Cream flour. I’ve been wanting to try it for a long time, and it is amazing! I love the quality it gives the bread. In this loaf it is a mix of Manitoba Cream and wholewheat flour.
